MyHouseDeals Feature Update: Bigger is Better…

Great News! Posting a property on MyHouseDeals just keeps getting easier and easier…

We’ve made two changes that will enhance not only the posting experience for wholesalers, but will also make it easier for investors to evaluate properties they’re interested in.

Images: From 6 Photo-Limit to 20

Now you can upload up to 20 images when you post a property. You’ll have 20 chances to show potential buyers exactly why they need to buy your property.

You probably won’t need that many chances, but the more the merrier 🙂

Photo Size: Bigger is Better

Additionally, the new update increased the size of the photos you can upload when posting the deals from 1 MB to 10 MB!

This is big news, since most people’s phones can take a photo larger than 1 MB. If that means nothing you…

Just know that you can upload bigger images AND they will look better. Bigger really is better!


Now when you post a property, you’ll be able to upload up to 4 PDF files.

We recommend sharing things such as comparable sold properties (comps), competitive market analyses CMA’s), or other supporting documentation regarding your property.


Lastly (but not least—this is huge), you can now upload videos to your property listing as well. Imagine the possibilities! Video house tours will be a great way to show investor-buyers around your property.

You can include video by either uploading it in the “Add Photos or Videos” section, OR by simply including a YouTube link to the video directly below the photo section if you’ve already posted the video online.

Closing Thoughts

These updated features will help buyers get more information about your deal and save you time as well as back-up your comps and repair estimates on the property.
