This report provides data about which market areas and deal types are available for profitable investing. Keep reading to find out more!
Similar to the other quarterly 2021 reports, our newest investment property deal type called motivated MLS has been included. Motivated MLS deals are houses for sale on the multiple listing service (MLS) that are best suited for real estate investors. These houses are handpicked for MyHouseDeals due to their profit and negotiation potential.
