You can do all the research etc.., But how do you sell is the big question. In my area property values are going down though not as fast as others in the US. But you have a lot of people losing their jobs by the week in Northwest Indiana/Illinois region.
You can pick up a deal easly but unless you are moving in you’re in trouble.
