Program Your Mind to Make Money

Here’s a letter from Coach Pat:

“Good afternoon! And it’s not just a greeting: It sets the tone in your heart, mind, and spirit to start the day off with something positive. We all inwardly crave positive reinforcement, whether we consciously admit it or not.

In T. Harv Eker’s book, The Secrets of a Millionaire Mind, Harv gives us a list of positive affirmations to say out loud. Think inwardly, and process these phrases to help change and reprogram your mind about money and everyday life experiences. Networking with other people means your path crosses with others from the moment your eyes open as you awake each morning.

Will it be a good day? Have you pre-programmed your mind to always think and feel that the moment you awaken, it is a new day, with new opportunities for good things to come your way? Having this positive outlook of anticipating the fabulous things this universe has in store for you can provide you with the most exciting moments and experiences.

When you get out of bed, do you say, ‘Good Lord, it’s morning,’ or, switching to ‘the glass is half full and not half empty,’ do you say ‘Good morning, Lord. Thank you for giving me this magnificent day, and I look forward to what lies ahead of me today and those you will have me come into contact with.’

I try to start my day with that positive attitude, looking forward to those I may come into contact with. I believe there is no coincidence in life, and that each experience is for a reason and purpose, and it is these things that help us grow and develop into the person we are.

I wanted to talk to you about the importance of networking. Do you realize that you may be just one person away from the next great opportunity, business venture, or personal moment of greatness and change?

As I write this, I am sitting next to a wonderful lady in her early sixties. She’s a retired schoolteacher and a mother and wife. While sitting next to her and writing, I had a brain fart and couldn’t remember for the life of me how to spell the word ‘coincidence.’ So I stopped writing and asked for her assistance, and she gladly put her teacher hat on from years ago, smiled, and I became her student.

We spoke for about ten minutes, as I listened to this retired master educator, and then she politely inquired as to my profession and my purpose in writing this article. The networking has begun: She has a son who is a real estate broker in Arizona who specializes in pre-foreclosures and short sales. You guessed it! The teacher and the student exchanged information. As I give her my card, she says she will pass on my information to her son.

I look forward to the opportunities that may come of this. I wonder how many deals and how much money I will make as a result of not knowing how to spell ‘coincidence.’ How many lives will change because of this one moment of sitting on a plane heading to Dallas, thousands of feet in the air?

The importance of networking, of being open and available, of keeping the right attitude, of being positive and using the laws of attraction, can mean the difference between moderate success and phenomenal success.

Remember, kick butt, take names, and let’s cash huge, obscene checks together.

I look forward to talking with you on tonight’s webinar.

MyHouseDeals was founded in April of 2005 and has since provided information on thousands of bargain-priced properties with over $7 Billion in equity (and growing!) In addition to property lists, we help investors succeed by providing valuable tools, resources and education. Most of the properties on MyHouseDeals are single-family houses. Many of these properties are wholesale deals, which are for sale by other investors. Others are motivated seller leads, which are for sale by homeowners who are often in a bad situation. These properties are typically discounted by far greater amounts than bank foreclosures.
