How Christina Went from 0 to 23 Investment Properties (and Growing!)

This week we hosted a Facebook LIVE training session with successful real estate investor Christina Hill who “accidentally” fell into investing.

At 21 years old, Christina did her first deal and made $15k. Whoa! A couple decades later, Christina’s real estate investing business has only grown. She and her husband manage all of their investments and continue to learn from their experiences over the years.

She shared her insights about building her rental portfolio which now includes houses, trailer homes, and a duplex. She currently has 23 properties (all free and clear) and she always follows this one rule…

All of her profits go toward buying more investments, not into her pocket.

During this Facebook LIVE training Christina covered a LOT of ground for those who are interested in building a rental portfolio and managing their own properties.

Did you miss it?

No worries…you can view it here.

Watch our talk with Christina and learn…

  • How she got started in real estate investing
  • How she saves money by disputing her own property taxes
  • About that time Christina had to bail her estate investing partner (her husband!) out of jail
  • Her unique strategy for screening potential tenants
  • Why she prefers to manage all of her properties on her own

Her real estate investing business has always been steady, she’s never tried to race ahead, and she’s in it for the long haul. Christina’s focus and sheer discipline drive her to work towards her long-term financial goals. She’s looking forward to an early retirement and that month in Greece she’s often dreamed of!
