I have always enjoyed your site. I do have a house that I want to sell. It has 3br/2ba with a jacuzzi and wet bar and two car attached garage with an alarm system and recently renovated with new paint, pergo like wood floors and new vinyl tile floors. Mr. Merrill is informative and has a smooth deliivery. I would like to know when he will be on again or if he is going to be in the Houston, Texas area. If I can sell this house, it will give me the money I need to do a lot more.

Good information. I have one house on the market & one I want to list in a few months as my tenants lease comes to an end. I also wholesale properties for other investors/sellers.
