Sadly, many of the products being sold

look elsewhere to find it. You must get your investing advice and tools
from the right source.
And that source is ACTIVE real
estate investors.
In fact, the only way for you to get
reliable advice on making the big bucks in real estate -- while avoiding the mistakes that
send most investors out of business -- is to get it from active real estate investors.
These are investors who get down and
dirty and work in the trenches on a daily basis in today’s real
estate market. And the more deals these active investors are doing
and the more money they're making from real estate investing, the more
reliable their advice is. The high volume of deals and profits equips them with
the know-how to solve not only their real estate problems, but YOURS
too. Makes sense, doesn't it?
The knowledge between their ears can literally make your real
estate career … or break it if you don’t take their advice.
I don’t call these top active investors gurus …
even though they are experts in their fields. I call them high volume
investors. They are high volume because, well, they do a high volume
of real estate deals. And I’m most impressed with 1) those who are buying
at least thirty properties per year and/or 2) those who are multi-millionaires from real estate investing. Now that’s big time! In fact, there are
only a handful of these investors throughout the U.S.

to? I believe in taking advice only from people who are: 1) Qualified
experts in their field and 2) Making a whole lot more money than I am.

you'll find that if you pay for the opinion of a bona fide expert, the
advice you receive will be more than worth the price.”
“But Doug and Ron,” I can hear you say, “Getting these top

Paula Abdul on American Idol to utter a half-way coherent sentence!”
And you would be right. After all, almost all of
the high volume investors DO NOT let people
access their time because they don’t have a profit incentive. They have
no product to pitch. So they spend their time in real estate because
that’s where they’re making the big money. Agreed?

vague information on investing and it's mostly motivational. What a relief to find a series of interviews like this that show you the nuts and bolts of actually
succeeding as a real estate investor. These interviews are especially helpful because they are with investors who are actually making millions of dollars in real estate, not people who are
only trying to show you how you can do it.

So how do you go about tapping into their
brains
and mining for gold? Well, to put it simply, you pay out your butt for
it. Money talks! In fact, it recently did a lot of talking for me ...
Over the last few
months, I have paid a combined $19,000 to tap into the wisdom of twelve of the top
"high volume" investors in the U.S.
I paid each investor
$1,500 to $2,000 to do a two-hour interview with me. Of course, their time was
worth much more than that, but I put my negotiation skills to good use.
During each interview, I pegged the investor with
20 to 30 questions that directly pertain to succeeding in his
particular niche of real estate investing. I forced these investors to
reveal their deepest darkest real estate investing secrets.
And I was
actually shocked at some of their answers. Much of their wisdom goes directly
against what's being taught at seminars and real estate clubs. No wonder

During each interview, I
wasn't just absorbing all of this knowledge to myself. Don't worry, I
