Finding Profitable Investment Property in Austin

The Austin investment property market has changed recently, much like other investment property markets across the country. While this has made things tough for novice investors, the smarter more experienced investors are still able to find good deals by knowing where to look and knowing their numbers.

For many years, investors focused only on foreclosures. But in order to stay profitable today, focus has to be put on some other types of Austin investment property, namely pre foreclosures and wholesale property deals.

Pre foreclosures are homes in which the owner has fallen behind on payments and are likely just months away from becoming a foreclosure.
