Hello Doug,

I was invited to an event this coming Saturday featuring REO sales up to a maximum of $14,900. In other words these are houses going for $15,000 and one can buy as many properties as you like. There is a $1000 non-refundable deposit. My dilema here is I do not have the capital to purchase any of the properties. Now my question is how would you done this if you were in my position.Out yourself in my boots and tell me what you would do in terms of raising capital. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
