I knew this was a put on before I opened the email but I do have an issue. I have secured a lender for 100% financing of reos and shortsales but for the reos I think I will need earnest money, so this is the deal. If anyone would consider loaning the earnest money ( on a contract between parties of course) I will pay 20% interest and the loan will be very short term. my email is rwbuckner@hotmail.com thanks
